Approval Process

Nobody likes spam.
Especially your customers.

To ensure you comply with our anti-spam policy, we ask that you follow these rules. Pretty please.

1. Get approved. Until your account has been approved, you will not be able to send emails through our system. Don’t worry. This is normally a one-day process.

2. Get permission. Our software is integrated into the spam reporting systems of AOL, Hotmail, and many popular ISPs. If you don’t have permission and someone marks your campaign as spam, we’ll know. And if you receive a complaint rate greater than 0.25% of all recipients, your account will be terminated.

3. Get the all-clear. We need to verify all large lists. Until we give you the all-clear, you can’t send. This process typically takes one day.
