Target your dialog directly to your female audience.

Personalized Welcome Emails

Say you run an online clothing store and capture gender information when your customers sign up. Now you can use that information to send gender-appropriate versions of your welcome email, ensuring your communications are more relevant and personal.

Subscriber Birthday

This VIP customer will automatically receive a special birthday gift, every year.

Targeted Birthday Emails

If you’re sending birthday emails to customers, you could apply segments to make the campaign even more relevant. For example, you could identify VIP customers based on how much they’ve spent with you over the past year, then target those VIPs with a special birthday gift.

Subscription Renewal Series

Let’s now say you sell annual software subscriptions. Using the exact match of a date autoresponder option, you could set up a series that sends a renewal notification out 30 days before the subscription expiration date.

You can then use information regarding each customer’s payment status to target those who have not renewed at the 15-day and 7-day marks. Each email in the series would only be sent to those who fell into the unpaid segment, with status automatically refreshed each time updated payment information was uploaded

With the help of Karen Clark (thank you Karen!) and her coding prowess, you can turn your iPads into mobile subscribe centers. And like everything here at eMail Liaison, we have completely removed ourselves from the scene, so that you can completely customize every aspect of the form to match your companies branding.

For our clients that want a quick jump start on their form design, we have provided 11 themes that can be accessed immediately. From there you can edit the header, subheads, amount of form fields, and even the button title. The sky is the limit.

eMail Liaison recently introduced an incredible new feature called Worldview that allows you to visualize your campaign reports in an entirely different way. There’s really nothing like it, and we’re excited to offer it to our customers.

With Worldview, you can see who is opening, reading and sharing your emails, all in real-time on a beautiful user interface. It’s a gorgeous, simple and meaningful way to see the faces of the people with whom you are communicating.

Monthly Billing for unlimited campaigns
Monthly billing is ideal for clients that send at least one campaign a month. We bill your account monthly based on the size of your subscriber list. That monthly fee adjusts automatically as your subscriber list grows or shrinks.

Autoresponders are now available!

Never wanting to rest on our laurels we are happy to announce the completion and deployment of Autoresponders.

All existing clients can start using them immediately and all new users will have them available to you as soon as you create your account. Here is a quick overview of how they work and what you can expect to see when you setup your first autosponder.

What’s going to be your trigger?

Before selecting one of the three trigger options you want for your subscribers, please remember that we employ a system called Direct Permission that is designed to eliminate spam and ensure that the people receiving your communications actually want to receive them. Here’s what you’ll see each time you create a new autoresponder for any subscriber list:

You can trigger an autoresponder when a new subscriber joins your list, or when a subscriber’s date-based custom field matches a rule you set. Date-based autoresponders can be based on either the anniversary of that date (like a birthday), or an exact match (like a membership expiry).

Yes we know that there other scenarios outside these like a link clicked in a campaign, or more sophisticated conditions being met, but as always we’re going for the simplest implementation to meet the needs of the majority of customers. If the demand is there, we’ll look at adding more ways to trigger them in the future.

Measure, Measure, Measure!

We have worked hard to generate reports you can learn from  by giving you an overview of the basics; like how many emails have been sent, the average open rate, click rate and unsubscribe rate. But, it’s the “over time” stats that are really interesting so we focused on making it easy to spot how each email in the sequence is performing over time. This type of report means that if you make a copy or design change to an email in an active autoresponder, you can come back in a few days and see how that change is performing compared to the initial version. Yea, we thought you might like that.

Individual performances are easy to track

Drilling down to see the results for each email itself is quick and easy to read. For each email in an autoresponder we’ll provide a link activity report showing the unique and total clicks for each.

Just 3¢ an email, or less

You’ll pay a base rate of 3 credits for each email sent. So if you, for example, have an autoresponder setup to email people on their birthday, then it will cost 3 credits every time one of your subscribers is sent their own birthday message. There is no ‘campaign sending fee‘ because it isn’t  a campaign, just an individual email.

Credits? What happened to paying with cash – can I pay with that?

No, to avoid making lots of little charges on your credit card, you are required to have email credits in your account to use autoresponders. Purchasing email credits also gives you access to bulk rates if you purchase enough credits up front, so it can reduce your costs.

What happens if I run out of Credits?

We will temperatley put your autoresponder on pause until you refill your credits. But don’t worry, we will send you a advance warning, when we calculate that your credits are getting low compared to the amount you typically use. So you will have a chance to buy more and not have the autoresponders disrupted. Once you purchase more credits, you can turn them back on in your account.

Again, everything you see here (and more) is live and ready to roll in your account. Autoresponders are list-specific, so simply head into a subscriber list you’d like to set one up for, and you’ll notice a new “Autoresponders” link on the right.
